Every racer signs once per season, guardians sign for racers under 18. You’ll get a signed PDF copy by email the moment you submit.

Assumption of Risk

RC racing involves inherent risks including collisions, trips and falls, contact with moving vehicles or debris, battery and electrical hazards, and minor cuts or burns from tools and equipment. I understand these risks and voluntarily assume them.

Release of Liability

I release and forever discharge Hitter's Underground Raceway, its organizers, volunteers, and members, and Alzheimer's Society Peel, as the premises are loaned to HUR on a non-leased basis, from any claim arising from personal injury, death, or property damage sustained at an HUR event, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct, which cannot be waived under Ontario law.

Property Damage Responsibility

I agree to be personally responsible for damage I, my child, or my equipment causes to venue premises or another attendee's property, and to reimburse HUR or the venue owner where that damage results from my own action, negligence, or equipment under my control.

Photo/Video Zone

I understand HUR premises and events are designated photo/video zones. I consent to general event photography and video for HUR's website, social media, and promotional use.
